At first it was just a suspicion, but now I am pretty confident that Oreo hates kids. Oreo and I have been on a few walks lately so I have a fairly good idea. The teens and the adults go by unnoticed, but the little people get his attention regardless of his surrounding. I feel so bad since the kids will probably be traumatized for life, but what can I do?

Home Sweet Home

Quick Update

What with traveling to D.C. and the bay area, starting a new job, and graduating from college all within the same month, it's been a little hectic. It'll continue to be hectic for the next few weeks. Oreo and I are moving down the street into a bigger and better house. It'll be farther from work for me, but it'll be worth it because the backyard is twice as big as the current one, and there'll be another dog in the house so Oreo will have a buddy.

And since I'll be working full time, Oreo will spend the majority of his time with his buddy in the backyard. I decided to splurge a little bit and I got this for him so he won't have to be in the sun:

I wonder if I can paint it? Oh, I am also getting Oreo a new collar and leash. I'm thinking.... purple? or something bright that will nicely contrast with his black coat.

Can't Take My Eyes Off of You

Who can resist my puppy? He's a hot mess.

After his haircut (which costs more than mine), he's even more irresistible.

Shaking It

A typical Wednesday:

"Oreo, shake my balls."

Oreo shakes his balls.

"Good boy!"

Yes, my roommate was drunk, and the trick is only a variation of "shake hands" which Oreo has already mastered.

Oreo Loves (to my dismay):

1. the stolen purple pens from UCSD Women's Center, sharpies, and just basically pens/pencils
   
2. water bottles
3. underwear
4. curious george (who is probably not curious anymore)
5. plastic bags
